How-to attach a ribbon to the doll

Last week I published the pattern for the Kokeshi doll above.  Below is explained how to attach the  ribbon for the keyring.

Use a 5 or 7 mm Ribbon. Cut 12 inches (30 cm) long. Use tapestry needle to pull the ribbon through the top of head, fold ribbon in half, hold them together and sew button (or use beads, sequin, ect.) on the ribbons.
