ReplyDeleteWow!! I guess this is an old pattern. I am making this for a friend’’s daughter who is graduating from high school and joining the navy. I cannot figure out how to get the skirt attached. I am considering just making a skirt and attaching it. But if you have some extra hints for me, that would be great. I’m a beginner, but do okay most of the time. Thanks for your help and for this cute pattern.
