Daffodil Spring Fairy Crochet Pattern

We moved this winter to the UK. It's great to see the spring coming. I see many daffodils everywhere. Most are planted and some are wild. I like this new pattern a lot. It's different from my previous patterns and was a great project.

    I got this question for the Fairy's cap:

    ++ Flower hat: I had some problem crocheting the hat. Shouldn't there be some rounds between round 4 and row 5 ? ++

    Answer:

    No round in between rnd 4 and row 5. There are 2 sizes for the petals of the cap.
    Rnd 4 has 27 sts.
    Row 5 has 6 petals; the 1st, 3rd and 5th petals work in 4 sts of rnd 4 (4 x 3 = 12 sts),
    the 2nd, 4th and 6th petals work in 5 sts of rnd 4 (5 x 3 = 15 sts).
    Total 12 + 15 = 27 sts = number of sts of rnd 4.
